Processing objectives
BVBA ALL EVENTS collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, follow-up of solvency, and sending marketing and personalized advertising).
Legal grounds for the processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. (a) permission, (b) necessary for the implementation of an agreement, (c) (necessary for compliance with a legal requirement) and/or (f) necessary for furthering our legitimate interest in conducting business, of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Insofar as the personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. a) (permission), the customer shall always have the right to withdraw the granted permission.
Transfer to third parties
The personal data of the customer shall be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly associated with BVBA ALL EVENTS or with any other partner of BVBA ALL EVENTS if this is necessary to achieve the intended objectives;
BVBA ALL EVENTS guarantees that these recipients shall take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.
Retention period
The personal data processed for the purpose of customer management shall be retained for the duration of the agreement and for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).
Right of access, correction, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability regarding personal data
The customer has the right to access his/her personal data at all times and can correct the personal data or have it corrected if the personal data is incorrect or incomplete, have the personal data deleted, limit the processing of the personal data and object to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
Moreover, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his/her personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.

Direct marketing
The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
Complaints
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.b
